Shipping Terms

Items will be delivered within 5-10 days after the order is placed, and will be delivered via Canada Post, or FedEx where available. Once the delivery has been set you will be sent tracking information through email.

Free shipping on orders within Canada over $200 pre-tax.

 

Returns or Exchanges

Items ordered can only be cancelled if done so before they have shipped. If your items have been shipped to you and they are the wrong size or there is a problem then they can be exchanged for another item. Returned items must be unworn, and free of any damage.

*30 day return policy applicable to Canadian customers only. International customers can return or exchange, but must pay all shipping fees, duties & taxes associated.

 

Terms of Sale

When completed through Shopify, you will be guided through the process of placing your order and making your payment. If you would prefer to speak to someone directly please contact Sinders Bridal House at 613-253-0039 or info@sindersbridal.com and they will be able to answer any questions you might have. Should you prefer to order directly, or in person, they will  be able to do that with you via credit card over the phone, or e-transfer.
